Our Camps

We pride ourselves on giving all our clients the best attention and that's why we limit our Camp numbers. We keep them low so everyone gets the training & attention that they have paid for as well as having a bit of craic along the way. We make sure every Camp is packed with the best tools for the job to keep you on your toes and get you the results that you are after.

Camps run for 4 to 6 week blocks with 12 to 18 classes, & offer you a full body workout with an array of machines and bodyweight exercises all at a high intensity and at 1 hour long we will make sure you’re crawling out the door.
